Returns

Before proceeding with a return, it's essential to carefully review and adhere to our terms and conditions, as creating a return implies your agreement to these terms:

  • All items must be in brand new condition, including being unworn, unused, and unwashed, and should be accompanied by their original packaging and tags.
  • Parts should not have been fitted, and they must not display signs of dirt or scratches.
  • Please ensure that all items are repackaged exactly as you received them to prevent any damage during return shipping.
  • Be cautious not to damage the retail packaging of items, as returns with damaged packaging may not be accepted. Avoid using tape or attaching return labels directly to any packaging.
  • Returns affected by marks, dirt, animal hair, makeup, perfume, deodorants, or body odors cannot be accepted.
  • Ensure that all clothing items being returned are free from marks, stains, and rips, with all tags still attached, unless they are faulty.
  • Any return that does not meet the acceptable condition criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Ensure all items are in new and resellable condition to prevent rejection of your return.
  • Refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a refusal of the return.
  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging returns, as insufficient or inaccurate packaging may void warranties on items.
  • At Crux Leathers, we stand behind our quality. All standard items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. For custom-made racing suits, manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for a return or adjustment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth return process.

Customized Made-to-Measure Item Returns Policy

At Crux Leathers, we take pride in crafting custom-made, made-to-measure items that are tailored specifically to your preferences and measurements. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these products, please note our returns policy:

  • Custom Orders: Please note that Crux Leathers does not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom orders. Each custom piece is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it unique and non-returnable.
  • Faulty Items: In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, we will conduct an investigation and make a decision on a case-by-case basis to address the issue appropriately.
  • Design and Sizing: It's crucial to thoroughly review and be satisfied with your chosen designs and sizing before confirming your order. Once the order enters the manufacturing phase, we cannot make changes to the design, so please ensure your selections are final.
  • Responsibility for Measurements: Providing accurate body measurements is the responsibility of the customer. We offer a comprehensive measurement guide on our Fitment Guide page. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the correct sizing for your custom order.
  • Design Exclusivity Policy

Each suit is custom-made and individually personalized, though design templates may be reused unless exclusive rights are requested and agreed upon in advance.

  • Any personal logos displayed on our website are used strictly for illustrative purposes to showcase design templates. Crux Leathers does not use or reproduce personal or trademarked logos without written permission

  • All custom design work created by Crux Leathers remains the intellectual property of Crux Leathers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or share these designs for commercial use without permission

  • Due to variations in leather dye lots and screen displays, final product colors may differ slightly from digital mockups or photos

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material included in their custom order

  • Design layouts may be reused across multiple clients unless exclusivity has been purchased and confirmed in writing

  • We reserve the right to decline or adjust customization requests due to design feasibility, copyright concerns, or production limitations

  • By placing an order with Crux Leathers, customers grant permission for photographs of completed products to be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

At Crux Leathers, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your preferences while considering the cost-effectiveness factor. We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which help us maintain our commitment to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and affordability

    John Fannin (Fanno)

A loyal member of the Crux family since 2023, John Fannin is a familiar face at club-level races across Australia. Over the years, John has trusted us with three different suits—and though it wasn’t part of the plan, he’s put our protection to the ultimate test with two high-speed "crash labs." Each time, our gear did exactly what it was engineered to do: keep a serious racer safe. John’s experience is a testament to the uncompromising safety we build into every suit.
