We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the exclusions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cruxleathers.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Products
Products that are custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, or produced to customer-provided specifications (including custom sizing, colours, logos, names, numbers, or design changes) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of measurements and specifications provided. Fit preferences, riding posture, weight change, or incorrect measurements do not constitute defects.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalised products.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Shipping & Duties
Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@cruxleathers.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
